$40 Damage Liability charge is added to each booking in lieu of taking
a security deposit. This covers small items of wear and tear. No extra
security deposit is required.
A
short-stay supplement of
$70US is added to bookings of less than one week to cover the cost
of cleaning.

and Bookings -
We offer two methods of reservation and payment.
1.
Full online booking system.
Please check your preferred dates and book online using your
credit/debit card.
2.
Email us your preferred dates.
We will confirm availability and advise the cost. Your reservation
is confirmed once we receive a 25% deposit by one of the following
payment methods.

Credit cards via the online system.

bank transfers accepted from USA
and UK.

Extra
Charges
Rates include
all basic charges for your holiday home.
You
may additionally request
pool heating at $15 per day.
(Heating is recommeded October to February and some guests prefer
it
at other times).
Deposits, Payment Terms and cancellations
Your booking
is confirmed once we receive a 25% deposit. The balance of the rental
amount is payable 8 weeks before the start date of your vacation.
Cancellations charges are as follows:
Over 8 weeks before - loss of deposit.
4 to 8 weeks before - loss of deposit + 50%
Within 4 weeks - full cancellation charge
